Norwich Canoe Club is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the British Canoeing National Marathon Championships once again on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2025.
Following the success of the 2023 Nationals — which saw hundreds of paddlers competing across all age categories and club tents lining the banks of the River Yare — we’re excited to welcome the paddling community back to our city for another fast-paced weekend.

The event will feature:

Racing for all age groups – from under-10s through to veterans

K1 and K2 events for juniors, seniors, and masters

The ever-popular Mixed K2 race

Trade stands for kit, paddles, and boats

Plenty of refreshments and spectator spots along the course
📝 Entries & Info
Entries will be handled through the British Canoeing Marathon Racing online entry system, just like in previous years.
Full race information, course details, and start times will be published closer to the event on our nationals website and the Canoe Marathon Racing UK site.
