Tim Scott, Norwich Canoe Club’s British Canoeing Racing Coach Tutor has been honoured at the Norfolk Sports Awards 2018 by being awarded the overall Winner of Winner’s award in addition to the Coach of the Year 2018 Award. Tim took home this year’s Coach of the Year having seen five Junior canoeists selected for Team GB under his tutelage. An additional three paddlers have also been excepted onto the British Canoeing Olympic Talent Pathway. Norwich Canoe Club now makes the largest contribution to the Olympic Talent Pathway of any canoe club in the UK. Tim took home the prestigious Winner of Winners trophy after judges deemed his exceptional contribution to his club and sport in Norfolk to be worthy of the double award.
