Norwich Canoe Club is hosting sessions all this week – (many on line on Zoom at the times on the attached program) for its members led by some of our coaches and subject matter experts.
All members are welcome to join – simply download the Zoom app and use the links and passwords on the program (found on our Private Facebook Page) for each individual session but please remember:-
1) Keep good form on all the exercises! It’s much more important to do an easier version of the exercise really well, or to do fewer repetitions than to struggle with bad form, which could even cause you injury. (You can peak at your picture on the screen to see how your form is looking.)
2) There are lots of different abilities joining so be sensible and do what feels right for you. It’s almost impossible to see what everyone is doing when hosting so its really important you look after yourself.
3) Once the sessions starts please turn off your microphone or Zoom will pick up background noise from your living room and promote your screen to be the big picture. You can always turn your mic back on if you have a question.
4) Have fun
